Hello.

A lot has happened since I last wrote something here; it's been a difficult time, and hard to write about.

As many of you already know, my mom, Barbara Stewart, died on October 5, 2009. Today would have been her 63rd birthday.

A memorial was held on November 8th, and we've put a lot of the material from that online at barbarastewartmemorial.com, including some pictures of people at the memorial. There is a guest-book, if you would like to leave any comments.

Caterina Edwards, a long-time friend of my mother, wrote a Lives Lived article for the Globe and Mail.

We all miss her very much.
